The high strength of the frame beam

The main beam of the 40 ft semi-trailer is made of Q345 steel, which has better load-bearing capacity and longer service life.

 

Painting
 

It uses polyurethane paint, it has high coloration and strong adhesion, and will not discolor for more than ten years.
It also adopts automatic submerged arc welding technology to ensure the integrity of the beam

Precise steering, small turning radius
It is equipped with container lock and side beam height 160mm,  adopt JOST landing gear with a famous brand
The steering system has been optimized to make steering more precise and solve problems such as steering dead spots.
The trailer's hydraulic and pneumatic pipelines adopt quick plug connection methods for quick splicing. The hydraulic
suspension cylinder block is made by hanging cylinder technology and has high strength. The cylinder connection and
sealing forms are the same as those of Goldhofer and Scheuerle seals, all of which are foreign famous brand products. The
stop valve adopts the form of an imported famous brand ball valve and is quick to operate. The maximum turning angle in the first round is 55°, and the vehicle's turning radius is small.
