Product Description

CNG Mobile Station

 The integrated compressor of the CNG substation consists of main units such as a gas unloading column, a gas filter, a compressor, an oil and gas cooling system, a gas storage bottle group, and a gas dispenser. They are integrated into a rainproof and noise-reducing box through valves and pipelines. The compressor adopts a hydraulic reciprocating double action structure design and is equipped with a piston position sensing system. The motor drives the hydraulic oil pump to supply oil, and through the integrated reversing system, the hydraulic oil continuously pushes the piston to reciprocate to compress the natural gas. The compressor adopts a stage compression mode, and the units adopt a water circulation air cooling method for cooling. The compressor uses a PLC control cabinet to fully automatically control the unit, which has the advantages of a high degree of automation, simple operation, safe and reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It is skid-mounted and fully unattended.

The compressed natural gas is transported to the CNG filling station by the CNG transfer trailer. First, the natural gas in the cylinder of the tanker enters the sale machine through the low-pressure pipeline bundle for charging. When the tank pressure is lower than the charging pressure of the vehicle, the high-pressure gas in the mediumpressure cylinder group is started 
to enter the gas dispenser  through the mediumpressure pipeline bundle for charging. When the pressure in the medium pressure pipeline bundle is lower than the charging pressure of the vehicle, the high- pressure gas in the high-pressure cylinder group is entered into the gas dispenser through the high- pressure pipeline bundle for charging; and when the pressure in the high pressure cylinder group is lower than 20MPa (adjustable), the compressor automatically starts to charge the high-pressure cylinder group.
