The tube bundle vehicle usually consists of a frame, a tube bundle unit, a fixing device and safety accessories. The frame is made of high-strength steel or lightweight alloy (such as aluminum alloy) to ensure a balance between load-bearing capacity and lightweight. The tube bundle unit is integrated with multiple high-pressure gas cylinders or pipelines. For example, the 30MPa hydrogen transport tube bundle vehicle adopts a modular design, and the pressure bearing capacity is improved by high-strength alloy materials. The hydrogen transport capacity of a single vehicle can reach 650 kg, which is twice as efficient as the traditional 20MPa model.
