Product Description

This CNG tube bundle skid is designed for high pressure natural gas storage and transportation. The system consists of multiple high-strength steel cylinders integrated into a skid-mounted structure. It is widely used in CNG fueling stations, daughter stations, and industrial gas supply systems. The cascade storage design ensures stable gas supply and efficient operation.

The tube bundle vehicle usually consists of a frame, a tube bundle unit, a fixing device and safety accessories. The frame is made of high-strength steel or lightweight alloy (such as aluminum alloy) to ensure a balance between load-bearing capacity and lightweight. The tube bundle unit is integrated with multiple high-pressure gas cylinders or pipelines. For example, the 30MPa hydrogen transport tube bundle vehicle adopts a modular design, and the pressure bearing capacity is improved by high-strength alloy materials. The hydrogen transport capacity of a single vehicle can reach 650 kg, which is twice as efficient as the traditional 20MPa model.
