The CNG substation integrated compressor consists of the main units such as the gas unloading column, gas filter, compressor, oil and gas cooling system, gas cylinder group, and gas dispenser, which are integrated into a rainproof and noise-reducing box through valve pipes. The compressor adopts a hydraulic reciprocating double-acting force structure design and is equipped with a piston position sensing system. The motor drives the hydraulic oil pump to supply oil, and the integrated reversing system allows the hydraulic oil to continuously push the piston to reciprocate to compress the natural gas. The compressor adopts a two-stage compression form, and the unit is cooled by water circulation and air cooling. The compressor uses a PLC control cabinet to fully automatically control the unit, which has the advantages of high automation, simple operation, safe and reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. The unit is skid-mounted and has achieved a completely unattended mode.

1. CNG compression system
3.1.1 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of an oil tank, an oil suction filter, an oil pump motor unit, a reversing valve unit, a hydraulic cylinder, an oil buffer tank, an oil cooler, an oil return filter and hydraulic pipelines. The main motor is connected to the oil pump through an elastic coupling. When the motor is running, it drives the oil pump to run, so that the hydraulic oil is pressurized to provide power for the operation of the compression cylinder; the hydraulic oil is controlled by the reversing control system and flows into one side of the hydraulic cylinder in turn to push the piston to run to compress the gas. The hydraulic oil on the other side of the hydraulic cylinder enters the hydraulic oil radiator for cooling through the reversing control system. The cooled hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank through the return oil filter, completing a hydraulic oil circuit cycle. Since the compressor is controlled by the hydraulic system, the operation of the motor and the operation of the piston in the cylinder are relatively isolated, so there is no need to empty the high-pressure gas in the compressor cylinder when the motor is started. It can be started at any time, saving energy and improving the working efficiency of the compressor.

Additionally, it can be used with low-pressure gas boilers and small direct-fired turbines. The enclosure is manufactured from stainless steel, spray-coated cold-rolled steel or fiberglass.
