ABOUT US
This series of pressure-regulating boxes is primarily designed for medium and low-pressure gas transmission and distribution systems. Each unit includes a filter, pressure regulator (with self-shutoff and release functions), ball valve, pressure gauge, and enclosure. The box features a compact structure, easy maintenance, and reliable safety performance. It is suitable for use in civil buildings and at small to medium-sized sites, such as apartment complexes, hotels, and restaurants. Additionally, it can be used with low-pressure gas boilers and small direct-fired turbines. The enclosure is manufactured from stainless steel, spray-coated cold-rolled steel or fiberglass.
CNG Mother and Daughter Station System is designed for natural gas compression, storage, transportation, and vehicle refueling applications.The system integrates CNG compressor units, cascade storage systems, pressure regulation, and dispensing equipment, suitable for city gas distribution, industrial energy supply, and CNG vehicle refueling stations.
The modular and skid-mounted design allows flexible deployment for mother stations, daughter stations, and standard CNG stations, meeting different project requirements.
Portable Mobile CNG Filling Station Efficient Home Fueling and Gas Transportation Solutions Semi-Trailer Type Made of Steel
The CNG substation integrated compressor consists of the main units such as the gas unloading column, gas filter, compressor, oil and gas cooling system, gas cylinder group, and gas dispenser, which are integrated into a rainproof and noise-reducing box through valve pipes. The compressor adopts a hydraulic reciprocating double-acting force structure design and is equipped with a piston position sensing system. The motor drives the hydraulic oil pump to supply oil, and the integrated reversing system allows the hydraulic oil to continuously push the piston to reciprocate to compress the natural gas. The compressor adopts a two-stage compression form, and the unit is cooled by water circulation and air cooling. The compressor uses a PLC control cabinet to fully automatically control the unit, which has the advantages of high automation, simple operation, safe and reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. The unit is skid-mounted and has achieved a completely unattended mode.
