Gas Storage System
 

The integrated compressor of the CNG substation integrates a set of 55pcs at 150L gas cylinder with a water capacity of  8.25m3. The gas storage cylinders are composed of high  and  medium  pressure  cylinders.  The  ratio  of  high  and  medium  pressure  gas storage cylinder is 1:4.

Dispenser

Each dispenser is equipped with 2 guns/nozzle.
 

It is used for trade settlement at gas filling stations. Its computer control part adopts a  high-performance industrial control microprocessor chip, which can maintain high stability even in harsh working environments. A high  precision mass flow meter is selected as the core component of measurement.It has a built-in temperature sensor to achieve temperature compensation, so that the gas dispenser can accurately measure. The electrical part adopts an explosion-proof structure to adapt to the (explosive) environment of the gas filling station to ensure the safety and reliability of the gas filling machine.

The MRU consists of a gas sub-station compressor, storage cylinders of 2.004Nm3, a discharging pole, and a gas dispenser, and integrated completely into a waterproof, and anti-noise frame container by valves and pipes.
