Gas Pressure Regulating Box
This series of pressure-regulating boxes are mainly used in medium and low-pressure gas transmission and distribution systems. It is composed of filter, pressure regulator (self-shut off, release function), ball valve, pressure gage, and box; it has a compact structure, convenient maintenance, and safety usage. It is suitable for civil buildings, small-area, and medium-sized user sites such as apartment houses, hotels, and restaurants; it can also be used for low-pressure gas boilers and small direct-fired turbines. Box is manufactured by stainless steel, cold-rolled steel spray, and glass steel.

The CNG pressure-reducing skid-mounted equipment is a pressure reducing skid equipment collection that integrates many functions such as filtering and pressure reducing. It is generally used to receive pipeline natural gas or unload CNG transport vehicles.
First, use the truck head to pull the semi-trailer full of compressed natural gas skid to the gas supply station, connect the high-pressure hose on the gas unloading port to the CNG skid, and the natural gas enters the pressure reducing device through the high-pressure pipeline. After the natural gas enters the device, it first passes through the filter and then is heated by the primary heat exchanger. The heated natural gas is reduced to 0.7-1.0Mpa by the primary pressure reducer, and then enters the heat exchanger for secondary heat exchange. After heat exchange, the pressure is reduced to 0.2-0.4MPa by secondary pressure reduction before entering
the pipeline network. During the pressure regulation process, the pressure-reducing equipment has outlet pressure over-pressure protection (overpressure cutoff and safe release). Pressure reduction is a two-stage dual-circuit pressure reduction.
